            Senator Romano moved to amend the amendment on page three, section three, by striking out the words “all public” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “renovation, maintenance and repair contracts in excess of $150,000 in cost and all other public”;

            And,

            On page seven, section six, after the words “only apply to” by inserting the words “renovation, maintenance and repair contracts in excess of $150,000 in cost and other”.
